James Watts was an American senator and presidential candidate during the events of the Day of the Consortium.
Biography[]
Senator Watts was kidnapped at the start of the events of Day of the Consortium, after being rescued by Task Force Talon, he is taken away by a CIA operative named Roe, although they are closely tailed by Jefferson and TFT.
He is presumed dead when his helicopter is presumably destroyed by an explosion on the Kiefer Tower, although Jefferson and his team escapes with Kelly's timely warning.
TFT would later discover Watts alive, held captive by Dr. Felipe Morelos, and was rescued. He and TFT then go to the Bahamas, where he makes a speech denouncing Josh Cardiff's allegiance to Consortium in order to clarify recent events, while TFT protects him. He is then escorted to testify before congress.
After the Consortium's defeat, Watts is now a Presidential candidate and his campaign appears to be virtually unopposed.
