In Act of War: Direct Action and Act of War: High Treason, Medals are multiplayer achievements awarded to players upon the completion of certain objectives in-game.

Air Medal | Awarded if you deploy at least 20 aircraft in a single game. |

CIA Medal of Merit | Awarded to a U.S. Army or Task Force Talon player that has released ten POWs to reveal the Fog of War in a single game. |

Cold War Victory Medal | Awarded if you deploy four Tactical Weapons launchers in a single game, without actually launching any Tactical Weapons. |

Consortium Badge of Allegiance | Awarded if 66% of your games have been played as The Consortium. |
 |
Darwin Award Medal | Awarded if you are defeated in ten games in a row. |
 |
Defense Superior Service Medal | Awarded if you construct 20 turrets in a single game. |
 |
Distinguished Flying Cross | Awarded if you shoot down 20 enemy aircraft in a single game. |
 |
Good Conduct Medal | Awarded if there are no blue-on-blue incidents (i.e. where you kill your own units) during the game. |
 |
Medal of Honor | Awarded to the player with the most consecutive victories in a given day, with at least five victories. There is only one Medal of Honor awarded at any given time. |

Best Infantry Instructor Badge | Awarded if you deploy 80 infantry units in a single game. |
 |
WMD Inspectors Badge | Awarded if you destroy four enemy Tactical Weapons launchers in a single game. |
 |
KGB Cross of Glory | Awarded to a Consortium player that has released ten POWs to reveal the Fog of War in a single game. |

Prisoner of War Medal | Awarded if your opponent(s) take 30 of your non-combatants/heavily wounded soldiers POW in a single game. |

President Citation | Awarded if you rack up 20 consecutive victories. |
 |
Purple Heart | Awarded if you lose or surrender within six minutes. |
 |
SDI Citation | Awarded if you intercept at least five tactical weapons in a single game. |

Search and Rescue Badge | Awarded if you repatriate 20 non-combatants to a Hospital or HQ structure in a single game. |
 |
Tank Killer Badge | Awarded if you destroy 40 enemy ground vehicles in a single game. |
 |
Global War on Terrorism Service Medal | Awarded if 66% of your games have been played as EITHER the U.S. Army or the Task Force Talon. |
 |
WMD Citation | Awarded if you launch at least ten tactical weapons in a single game. |
